Modlune ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered virtual clothing try-on app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Data we process

Photos you upload (your photo and a clothing photo) are sent to our servers and trusted AI processing providers solely to generate your try-on image. Generated images are returned to your device. We do not use your photos for advertising and we do not sell them.
Anonymous account ID. The app signs you in anonymously (Firebase) to track your usage allowance (free weekly / Pro daily limits).
Usage counters such as how many try-ons you generated and when, stored against your anonymous ID.
Purchase state. Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.
Advertising. The free version shows rewarded ads via Google AdMob, which may process your advertising identifier subject to your consent choices (App Tracking Transparency on iOS).

AI processing

Try-on images are generated using third-party AI infrastructure (such as Hugging Face Spaces or WaveSpeed AI). Photos are transmitted securely, used only to produce your result, and are not used by us to train models.

Retention

Uploaded photos are processed in memory and not permanently stored on our servers. Usage counters are kept while your anonymous account exists.

Your choices

You can deny ad tracking, cancel subscriptions in your store account settings, and delete the app at any time. To request deletion of your usage data, contact us with your device details.

Children

Modlune is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

İşlediğimiz veriler

Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar (kendi fotoğrafınız ve kıyafet fotoğrafı) yalnızca deneme görselini oluşturmak için sunucularımıza ve güvenilir yapay zeka sağlayıcılarına gönderilir. Fotoğraflarınız reklam için kullanılmaz ve satılmaz.
Anonim hesap kimliği. Uygulama, kullanım hakkınızı (ücretsiz haftalık / Pro günlük limitler) takip etmek için sizi anonim olarak oturum açtırır (Firebase).
Kullanım sayaçları: kaç deneme oluşturduğunuz ve ne zaman oluşturduğunuz.
Satın alma durumu. Abonelikler Apple App Store / Google Play tarafından işlenir ve RevenueCat ile yönetilir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi asla görmeyiz.
Reklamlar. Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob üzerinden ödüllü reklamlar gösterilir; izin tercihlerinize bağlı olarak reklam tanımlayıcınız işlenebilir.

Yapay zeka işleme

Deneme görselleri üçüncü taraf yapay zeka altyapısı (Hugging Face Spaces veya WaveSpeed AI gibi) kullanılarak oluşturulur. Fotoğraflar güvenli iletilir, yalnızca sonucunuzu üretmek için kullanılır ve tarafımızca model eğitiminde kullanılmaz.

Saklama

Yüklenen fotoğraflar kalıcı olarak saklanmaz. Kullanım sayaçları anonim hesabınız var olduğu sürece tutulur.

Haklarınız

Reklam takibini reddedebilir, aboneliğinizi mağaza hesabınızdan iptal edebilir ve uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Kullanım verilerinizin silinmesi için bizimle iletişime geçin.
